No refund after payment
Once payment has been successfully made, the order is confirmed, cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. This applies whether report preparation has just started, is in progress, has been generated or has already been delivered.
No refund after generation or delivery
A personalised PDF cannot be returned. No refund, exchange or cancellation is available after the report is generated, emailed or made available for download.
Change of mind
No refund is available because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs the report, did not read it, disagrees with an interpretation or expected a guaranteed prediction.
Incorrect customer details
No refund or free replacement is provided when the customer submits an incorrect name, date of birth, birth time, email address, phone number, partner detail or other report input. Customers must review all information before payment.
Duplicate or unsuccessful charges
A verified duplicate charge or a debit for an unsuccessful transaction may be investigated as a payment correction rather than a report refund. Email info@astroanamika.in with the registered email, transaction reference and Order ID. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or complete card number.
Technical delivery issue
If a confirmed paid report is not received, the first remedy is secure re-delivery or access restoration. Non-receipt caused by an incorrect customer email, a full inbox, spam filtering or failure to check My Reports does not create a refund right.
Required legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable right that applies under Indian law. Any approved payment correction is returned only to the original payment method and may take additional bank processing time.
